About
Kelly Rajotte (she/her)
MA, LMHCA

There are times when life’s stressors, experiences, and relationships can leave us feeling buried beneath layers that make it difficult to recognize ourselves.

Therapy can offer a space to gently explore those layers, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been lost along the way.

My role is to walk alongside you as you rediscover who you are and where you want to grow.
Holistic Approach
Having received my master’s degree from Bastyr University, I take a holistic approach to therapy, exploring the biological, psychological, social, spiritual, and cultural influences that shape your unique identity and how you experience the world.
My Therapuetic foundation is Person-Centered Therapy, with a focus on creating a warm, supportive space where you can better understand yourself and move toward greater self-awareness, joy, creativity, and fulfillment. I utilize attachment and psychodynamic theories to help explore how early relationships, defense mechanisms, and long-standing patterns shape the way we experience ourselves and our relationships today. When working with couples, I incorporate the Gottman Method and relational therapy to support stronger connection, communication, trust, and understanding while working through relationship ruptures.

For clients working through trauma, I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS), a compassionate approach that helps us understand the different parts of ourselves and the ways they may work hard to protect us from threats that may no longer be present. Through this work, clients can reconnect with their core sense of self while cultivating greater compassion, calm, curiosity, clarity, confidence, courage, creativity, and connectedness. IFS can feel like a deeply healing, meditative journey toward understanding and meeting each part of yourself with greater compassion.
